Our project is organized into five key work packages, each with specific objectives and deliverables.
WP1: Management and Coordination of Project
Overall project management and coordination activities.
Tasks

WP2: Networking and Project Requirements
Establishing networks, analyzing requirements, and developing training action plans.
Tasks
- T2.1 Establishing Network and exchange of good practices
- T2.2 AgroTrain requirements analysis and gap analysis (including equipment specifications)
- T2.3 AgroTrain Training Action Plan (curriculum requirements, ToT requirements, eLearning platform requirements, study the experience of EU and GH university centres)
WP3: AgroTrain Staff Development Training
Training of trainers, course development, and establishing AgroTrain centres.
Tasks
- T3.1 Training of Trainers (ToT)
- T3.2 Design and development of course materials
- T3.3 Creating AgroTrain Centres
- T3.4 Testing and integration in educational systems (testing and demonstrating six courses for TVET students)
WP4: Quality Assurance and Monitoring
Quality plan development, supervision of centres, quality assurance reporting, and external evaluation.

WP5: Dissemination and Sustainability
Project website development, dissemination planning, organizing events and workshops, and final meeting.
